Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to enterprise and institutional clients where Olivergen processes personal data on behalf of the client (the Data Controller).

Olivergen will process personal data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services, such as enterprise AI training and workforce assessment.

We will not process the data for any other purpose unless explicitly instructed by the Data Controller in writing.

Olivergen ensures that all personnel authorized to process personal data are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

Olivergen may engage sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to assist in delivering the services. A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.
