By accessing and using Olivergen's platforms, workshops, and consultancy services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Olivergen provides AI literacy, enterprise training, and vocational education. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time.

Certifications are awarded solely based on the completion of required capstone projects and passing assessments. Enrollment does not guarantee certification.

All course materials, including prompts, frameworks, slides, and code repositories provided during workshops are the intellectual property of Olivergen.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal or internal business purposes, but they may not be resold or publicly distributed.

Users agree to use the platform and workshops responsibly. Any form of harassment, data scraping, or disruption of our technical infrastructure will result in immediate termination of access.

Olivergen makes no guarantees regarding job placements or specific financial outcomes resulting from our training programs. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
